Feb 23 Introductory Update from Nick and Gavin

Today Trent has left for Anchorage.  He is going to drive the car and trailer with the dogs to Seattle.   They are then going to take a flight to Anchorage.  Trent is  very excited but also he is nervous.  Keep in touch to find out what else Trent will do.  We hope he does well.

Iditarod “Greatest Race on Earth” Competitor
Wednesday, February 17th  at 6:00 PM

The Iditarod is a grueling 1,000 mile sled dog race from Anchorage to Nome Alaska.   Trent will run his 4th Iditarod this March and was voted “Most Inspirational Musher” in the 2009 Iditarod. 

 

Trent will share slides and talk about the upcoming race, his Iditarod adventures, and how his 4th grade class helps him prepare his dog sled, dog booties, and supplies each year.
